With all Busy Body Kids orders, we recommend allowing a maximum of three weeks for delivery, due to varying stock levels.  However, if you are in a hurry and need products for an event by a particular date that is quickly approaching, contact us for options.  We can advise current delivery times for the items you are interested in, and can potentially expedite the shipping of your order, if needed.  We are happy to work with you to reach your deadline if at all possible!

Rush orders, special custom orders, bulky items and deliveries to remote locations may incur additional freight charges.  This will be advised prior to shipping.

As soon as your shipment has left our warehouse you’ll be notified and given details on the carrier responsible for delivery, the number of boxes in your shipment, and the estimated delivery timeframe.

When you receive it make sure you unpack it straight away, to revel in its glory but to make sure everything is where we said it would be. If, for any reason, your order is not to your satisfaction, please ring the Busy Body Kids team on 1300 72 96 79 or send us an email to determine a corrective course of action.

For returns to be authorised, you must contact Busy Body Kids within 7 days of receiving your order.  The authorisation process will determine the steps to be taken ensure your satisfaction.  When contacting us, please be as specific as possible about the problem, so that we can resolve it as quickly as possible.

We take great care to ensure that all goods are undamaged and in new condition when leaving our warehouse.  We package items with care and entrust our shipments to a variety of reputable couriers and freight forwarders, as well as Australia Post. The shipping cost charged to customers of Busy Body Kids includes registration of the shipment as well as the ability to track and trace packages, but it does not include insurance.  As such, Busy Body Kids cannot accept responsibility for items that are damaged or lost during shipping.  Busy Body Kids will not accept the return of any items that have been damaged after delivery or that are not returned in their original condition.
